French fries? If so, this may be a great workshop for you. Nutrition Within’s
Overcoming Cravings is an interactive workshop designed to free participants
from cravings detrimental to their energy and overall health. At this
workshop, you will discover:
Peace
Begins Within (series): Do you feel called to bring more
peace to the world? Does violence sadden you and move you to want to make
a difference? Peace Begins Within is a workshop to manifest more peace
where it needs to start – within each one of us. In this workshop
series, participants focus on one or more areas where they are not treating
themselves optimally, and they walk away with a definite plan to create

to Health: Are you tired of yo-yo dieting? Do you want to
create a healthy lifestyle that you can stick to? Recommitting to Health
is a hands-on workshop specifically targeted to help you identify and
commit to a healthy lifestyle that truly works for you over the long term.
Participants of this workshop target where they have lost their commitment
to their health goals, as well as lay out a plan and support system that
works for them. Topics covered include:
Self-Forgiveness:
Do you hold judgments inside of yourself? When you are critical
of yourself or others, do you turn to food binges or other unsupportive
habits? Learning how to truly forgive ourselves for any judgments that
we hold inside is the foundation to living in freedom. Numerous studies
illustrate the physical and emotional healing that takes place when we
forgive. Nutrition Within’s Self-Forgiveness workshop provides
a space for participants to take a significant step in this direction.
At this workshop, you will learn how to:
Self-Forgiveness
and the Body: Are you your body's worst critic? When you
feel stressed out, bored, or overwhelmed, do you turn to food binges or
other unsupportive habits? Do you have an all-or-nothing attitude with
eating and life in general? Forgiving ourselves for judgments we hold
